Registration fees for the main congress include:

  • Admission to scientific sessions
  • Opening ceremony
  • Access to poster and technical exhibition areas
  • E-Certificate of attendance
  • Refreshments during the congress

Note: the payer bears all charges of the payment; the payee should receive the full remittance amount.

Replacement & Cancellation

Replacement or cancellation requests must be notified in writing / by email to the Congress Secretariat.

  • By 31 Jul 2027: Refund with $150 administration fee, or complimentary replacement.
  • From 1 Aug 2027 to 15 Sep 2027: Refund with $250 administration fee, or complimentary replacement.
  • From 16 Sep 2027 onward: No refund; administration fee of $250 applies for replacement.
  • Refunds will be processed within one month after the congress by telegraphic transfer or credit card facilities.

  • Only the forms of payment listed above are acceptable.
  • Registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
  • The registration fee applied will be based on the date of payment.
  • Currency exchange charges or bank collection fees are the responsibility of the registrant.
  • Please do not forward any payment details by mail. The Organising Committee and Congress Secretariat accept no liability for any loss.

Insurance and Liability

  • By registering for the congress, you agree that neither the Organising Committee nor the Congress Secretariat accept any liability.
  • Participants are required to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
  • In case of strikes, flood, fire, force majeure, or any other circumstances beyond control, neither the Organising Committee nor the Congress Secretariat will be held liable.
